The assessment process points to particular strategies that will most likely help. By identifying particular strategies we are able to draw on components from different therapies that are most relevant to your particular situation.
My primary modes of therapy are Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). I draw on other therapeutic models and strategies as appropriate.
