The assessment process points to particular strategies that will most likely help. By identifying particular strategies we are able to draw on components from different therapies that are most relevant to your particular situation.
My primary modes of therapy are Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
I have completed training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and am undertaking further study in this therapy and integrating this into my practice.
I have completed training in and am familiar with the fundamental of Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Eye-Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Family Therapy.
Therapy is available for individuals, couples and families.
